Projects with Artists - Introduction

In this section you will find information about some of the projects initiated by the STAR project between 2000 and the present.

The project has prioritised working with artists for several reasons
· The skills of pupils and teachers are developed
· Artists act as role models for pupils
· Pupils and teachers have the opportunity to look at and discuss the work of practising contemporary artists
· School environments are enhanced
